The Challenge
The brand was not starting from zero. It already had strong products, an established Shopify store, and a subscriber database of more than 100,000 people.
But the business did not yet have a structured marketing funnel that could consistently turn that traffic and audience into revenue. The key gaps:
- Paid traffic was not fully connected to the right landing page and offer structure.
- The website and landing pages needed to convert visitors, not just display products, with clearer messaging and stronger positioning.
- The 100,000-plus email list was not being activated through a consistent campaign calendar or segmentation strategy.
- Creative, offers, website content, and email messaging were not yet working as one connected system.
The opportunity was clear: build a full-funnel system that connected acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Project Structure
Growthtrait approached the project as a full-funnel growth system, not a single-channel campaign, covering six stages of the customer journey.
Ads and Traffic Acquisition
Google Ads captured high-intent demand and brought qualified traffic into the brand's ecosystem, structured around commercial search intent rather than raw impressions or clicks.
Campaigns were optimized against revenue and order volume, not traffic alone, using paid search as a consistent, repeatable acquisition channel.

Website and Landing Page Optimization
Traffic alone does not create growth. We reviewed how the Shopify site and landing pages presented the brand, products, offers, and trust signals, and rebuilt the journey to be clearer and more persuasive from first click to checkout.
The website stopped being a static storefront and became the central conversion layer: every ad, email, and offer needed to lead back to a page that could answer why this product, why this brand, and why now.

- Restructured landing pages for paid traffic
- Clarified product messaging and value propositions
- Strengthened trust signals across the customer journey
- Reduced friction between product discovery and purchase
Offer Strategy
A strong funnel needs the right offer at the right moment, not just traffic and design. Growthtrait structured offers to support both acquisition and retention, and to stay consistent across every channel.
The goal was never to rely on discounts alone. It was to package the brand's products, timing, and customer motivation into offers that made sense at each stage of the funnel.
- Clear campaign offers built for specific customer segments
- Promotional messaging aligned across ads, website, and email
- Offers built to support first-time and repeat purchases alike
Creative Direction
Creative was treated as a conversion tool, not a visual afterthought. Across ads, landing pages, and email, it needed to communicate the product clearly, support the offer, and match the customer's stage in the funnel.
Every asset was built to work harder: attract attention, explain the value, support the offer, and move the customer toward action.
- Campaign visuals for paid traffic and email
- Brand-consistent design across the website and CRM
- Ongoing creative testing based on performance signals
Content and Messaging
The brand had products people wanted, but the messaging was not structured consistently across the funnel. Growthtrait shaped the content system around customer intent, so ads, landing pages, and emails told the same story.
The customer needed to understand what the product was, why it mattered, why the offer was relevant, and what to do next, at every touchpoint.
- Clear, benefit-led product positioning
- Landing page copy built to support purchase decisions
- Consistent messaging from first click to post-purchase
Email Marketing and Klaviyo Campaigns
The brand's 100,000-plus subscriber list was its biggest untapped asset. The opportunity was not to send more emails. It was to build a structured system that could consistently generate revenue from an existing audience.
Growthtrait built and managed Klaviyo campaigns around a real calendar, segmentation, and iteration based on results, not one-off sends.

Together, the six workstreams gave the brand a complete marketing structure: ads brought in demand, landing pages converted attention, offers created urgency, creative supported action, content explained value, and email turned the audience into repeatable revenue.
The Outcome
The brand moved from separate marketing activities to one connected revenue system. Google Ads became a stronger acquisition channel, and email became a major revenue driver in its own right, generating AUD 158,500 in 5 months from an audience the brand already owned.
Most importantly, the business gained a repeatable structure for growth instead of one-off campaigns, creating a stronger path from attention to purchase, and from purchase to repeat revenue.
Why It Worked
Many e-commerce brands already have traffic, subscribers, products, and campaigns. Those pieces usually operate separately. In this project, each part of the funnel had a clear role, and the growth came from making the system work together rather than running any one channel harder.
